They also provide normal hosting accounts, reseller hosting accounts and dedicated servers.

Cmodz-hosting provides quick and effective support. You can contact them through their live chat (not 24/7 service), their support forum and through support tickets at the helpdesk. Their support staff are very knowlegeable and they address your problems very quickly.
Uptime:
Expect about 99.99% uptime with Cmodz-hosting. I've been with them for about 2 months and there has only been 1 minute of downtime so far.
Overall:
I highly recommend Cmodz-hosting for proxy hosting and even hosting for your normal websites. With great support, low prices and excellent uptime they should be your first choice for proxy hosting.
